Criteria:

The need for orthotics must be caused by your injury. The orthotics must be beneficial to your treatment.

You must have an orthotic prescription from a medical specialist. Unfortunately, a prescription from a GP is not accepted.

Acceptable medical specialists:

• Sports medicine specialist

• Orthopedic surgeon

• General Surgeon

• Plastic surgeon

• Rheumatologist
   

If you have an injury but do not have a referral from a medical specialist, you may still be eligible! Contact the Step Up Podiatry clinic and one of our podiatrist will be happy discuss your case
