Please take the time to fill out the information below.

The online booking service allocates a default consultation time. The duration of our consultations are case dependent and included administrative obligations . Please provide us with brief description about your consultation requirements in the " additional notes" section. This will help us ensure an appropriate appointment time has be allocated. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact our clinic to discuss your condition future.

PLEASE CALL 0800 111 224 IF YOU ARE EFFECTED BY THE FOLLOWING:

  • You did not receive a SMS appointment confirmation  verification code is required to confirm your booking)

  • You did not receive an email confirmation after booking your appointment

  • You did not receive a reminder text confirmation the day before your appointment

  • You would like to make multiple appointments

  • If you have made an appointment in error (an incorrect day or time has been selected). Do not book an additional appointment. 

  • If you are having trouble finding a suitable time
